We are looking for a six month rental agreement and will negotiate with you, a clause which covers partial reimbursement of rent already paid and the availability of a studio apartment on the same property, in the unlikely event that a new owner would insist on moving in before our agreement is terminated.  We are very fair and would make sure that you are satisfied.  Also, we will allow you to schedule any showings and give you $50 per showing.
