working as a Computer Trainer / Consultant in 1979, because I had two friends
that made their living on their own time from home via a 300 baud telephone
mode. Several months after moving to Maui in 1983, I began working as a
Computer Instructor / Consultant at EZ Computer Center, Wailuku. I have
been working full time as a Consultant, on Maui, ever since. I can usually link to your computer in less than 3 minutes, while we talk on the phone. I direct you to one of my websites, where you load a small program and read me the password it generates. That password allows me to link to your computer for a maximum of one hour. Your screen becomes a partial window or a full screen on one of my displays. We can both move the mouse and type, so you can 'drive' while I dictate, or I can take over. We talk through problems or instruction. It is just like I was there, but with no wasted travel time and no minimum time. Payment is Honor System, I send out invoices for the amount of time spent at the end of the calendar month.
